ASI is one of only two hospitality POS providers to make the list.

A follow up to BSM’s best channel vendor survey, in which Restaurant Manager was also recognized for the second year in a row, the Best Channel Product survey collected 11,700 votes from 1490 discrete value added resellers (VARs) in the hospitality POS industry. Participants in the survey were asked to rate nominated products on a variety of categories from richness of features to ease of integration with other products.

Within the categories surveyed, Restaurant Manager ranked exceptionally high in a VARs Ability to Service and Ease of Integration. “Restaurant Manager’s software is feature rich but easy to teach and easy to use, it’s a work horse,” one survey participant wrote.

In addition, Restaurant Manager received exceptional rankings in Richness of Features/Functionality. With capabilities such as real-time management alerts and operational data viewable on an iPhone or smart phone via RM Monitor, breaking technology like the Write-On Handheld for the iPod touch and fully-integrated Online Ordering, Restaurant Manager consistently provides new ways for restaurants, bars and clubs to improve their bottom line. One VAR commented “With Restaurant Manager and the Fabulous Write-On Handheld we have a software suite that is absolutely top drawer. [Restaurant Manager is] able to satisfy the most demanding clients in the most demanding environments.”

“We are proud to be recognized by BSM as a 2011 Best Channel Product,” said Craig Bednarovsky, Director of Sales and Marketing, ASI. “We believe that Restaurant Manager and the Write-On Handheld make up the most user friendly, bottom line boosting POS system available and are always seeking innovative ways to better serve our customers and resellers.”
