• Enable more intimate customer interactions
• Eliminate the cumbersome process of trying to navigate and drill down on a shrunken version of a touch screen while customers speedily dictate their order.

Wireless Pay at the Table

Pay at the Table functionality allows customers to pay their check without having the credit card ever leave their sight.This time-saving capability can:

• Reduce opportunities for fraud and/or identity theft
• Help customers settle the check more quickly enabling faster table turns
• Include a printer attachment allowing servers to print the check right at the table saving additional time and effort.

Real-Time Management Alerts

Allows for definition of management alert triggers via the Restaurant Manager POS terminal for notification and action via the Write-On Handheld, SMS text messaging (e.g., alerts to cell phones), PDA such as an iPhone and Windows Mobility enabled devices .  For example managers can:
